Jan Clear and Susan Stringer will be flipping pancakes at the Glen Waverley Uniting Church on Tuesday. The women are part of UnitingCare’s Pancake Day celebration to raise money for women’s causes including Firefoxes, a women’s group helping people in Kinglake. Pancakes with lemon juice and maple syrup will be the order of the day.
